To meet the high demand for schools based on the fast-growing population within the Kingdom, the Ministry of Education approached our office to develop prototype schools for a latter roll out and integration throughout the Kingdom.

Kieferle & Partner designed an overall of three prototype schools of various sizes and educational outline reaching from elementary to secondary schools. The secondary schools were designed towards an advanced curriculum offering facilities, such as laboratories and libraries.

These prototype schools were following highest international standards, allowing students to enjoy the outdoors kept being an integral element of the design.

A flexible multipurpose area can be functioned for performances as well as serve for school gatherings of various types.

The gymnasium has been equipped with a separate access enabling its use for the public after school hours and hence adding value to its surrounding community.
