Al Othaim Development Company approached our firm with an expansion strategy to develop and roll out shopping malls throughout the Kingdom. It was to offer an international shopping experience in terms of brand- mix, facilities, and amenities along with complementary leisure components. The main development focus was set on KSA’s secondary cities such as Hail and Arar.

A mix of smaller and bigger retail units are offered along generous corridors. Food court and amenities are located on the Ground and Mezzanine floors being framed by large scale anchor stores on all ends. Cinemas have been envisaged as additional leisure attraction within all malls.
