Al Othaim Real Estate Investment and Development Company owns a land which is located in Riyadh’s Industrial City, at the junction of two major highways making it a prominent and easy reachable location.

The initial land use plan allowed for industrial and warehouse developments, however given an upgrade in its surrounding infrastructure Al Othaim intended to obtain a new planning permit and shifted its initial focus to develop its land into mixed-use and commercial whilst keeping some industrial elements to it. We were commissioned to translate Al Othaim’s vision and formed the Development to comprise of a Mall, Hotel, Residential and Commercial Office components bearing the firms Headquarter.

The new land use and Masterplan was approved by the authorities and serves as basis for future developments.
