Prominently located opposite the Kingdom Tower in Riyadh’s Central Business District, this tower has a prime location on King Fahd Road and is characterized through its unique architectural engineering and design. We were awarded the project in capacity of Client Representation, leading the Design and Value Engineering exercises of the 50,000 m² and 210 key Hilton property.
